The AIF Iron Filtration system is a chemical free process to effectively manage Iron and sulfur in well water systems. It is designed to remove large amounts of iron, manganese and sulfur from the water. Air induction provides a source of oxygen that fuels oxidation and enhances the media’s ability to filter the water.

The iron filter 3 canister system is for smaller amounts of iron that is easier to remove. The first blue canister is a sedment filter, the long one in the middle is the iron filter cartridge, and the third shorter canister is a carbon filter. The sediment filter gets the dirt down to 20 microns, the second 20 inch long canister has an iron filter cartridge in it, and the third canister has a carbon filter in it which polishes off the water and gets rid of anything that got through the first two. The carbon also makes the water taste great, and removes volatile organic chemicals, bad taste and odors.

This was a brand new home. This customer had iron, manganese and the inside of the toilets where starting to turn black. They also had bacteria with a slight hard water problem. This customer was solicited many times by other water softener companies, but they all wanted to install a salt system.
We installed a Sediment filter, Iron filter, Carbon filter, Phosphate Filter, Scale ban & UV light. This customer is very happy with this system. They now have clean great tasting water that is safe to drink. Also, their toilets and bathtubs no longer show black stains.

We installed a Pre-filter for sediment, an iron filter, a carbon filter, the ScaleBan and the UV light. Customer is very happy now, with nice clean water that does not cause orange stains.

This was a brand new home and had no system. The water was acidic and had a low ph with iron in the water. This caused staining on the fixtures and also while doing the laundry. The customer did not want use the standard salt water system, or any chemicals to fix their problems.
This system was installed in February, 2003. This customer had iron in their water, but it was not severe. The first thing we did was get rid of his acid problem by raising the ph. We then installed an iron filter to remove the iron problem, and the ScaleBan was installed to neutralize the hardness. Customer is very happy with the results.

Very dangerous acid neutralizer system.
Outside rain spouts installed by a home warranty company to fix a water leak. We would like to know why? Caustic soda container, designed to raise pH, but it is very dangerous.
If caustic soda is splashed in your eyes, it can cause blindness. Unsupported filter made changing filter very risky. Water storage container to capture water from leaking pipes. This acid neutralizer system was not working, they had blue-green stains, leaking pipes, bad fixtures, rust stains and orange stains.
The plumbing in the home was failing due to neglect by the home warranty company. We believe home warranties to not be worth the paper they are printed on.

The customer is extremely happy with the results, which were immediate. We did a water test, pH levels were normal and the water is crystal clear.
Customer is happy they don’t have to deal with potentially dangerous chemicals anymore. Pipe leaks have stopped. The rust stains and blue-green stains have disappeared. Customer’s water is safer to drink without chemicals. The water tastes fantastic now.
In the old system the water had a chemical and metallic taste to it. The customer’s skin and hair is not dry anymore. Their washing machine now cleans clothing properly, and they canceled their home warranty, as they found it to have no value.
